Желающие Любимого Браузера идут к своему менеджеру, он пишет бумажку в IT департамент... Идиоты обычно отсекаются на этом этапе, а если IT директора убедили - то задача админа взять под козырек. Написав, естественно, соответствующие бумажки :)
