UPD: Конец немного предсказуем: «Thank you for your interest, but we cannot accept your email address. Our policy is to only allow addresses from companies, or academic institutions. This is to reduce likelyhood of spam, phishing etc. If you would like to use this email address - please email me with your reasons for interest in OVP and we will see if we can authorize it». Ну. бля, спасибочки…
